What is the warranty?

Your reformer comes with a 5-year frame warranty. If you experience any issues with the frame within 5 years of purchase, we'll replace it. Accessories are covered for 1 year.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the size and shipping costs of reformers, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. However, if your reformer arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
