Join Gabz for a beautiful morning of movement, connection, and community.

We’ll meet at The Frying Pan Park in Wandsworth for a feel-good Pilates class in the sunshine, suitable for all levels. Expect a full-body workout designed to leave you feeling stronger, energised, and refreshed.

After class, we’ll head to Spruce for a relaxed post-Pilates coffee and catch-up with the community.
