Elevate Your Teaching: Pilates Reformer Workshop with Gabz 

Whether you’re just starting out as an instructor, or you’ve been teaching for years and are looking to spark up your classes, connect more deeply with your own style, or learn fresh techniques — this is the perfect Pilates workshop for you!

This 3-hour session will cover:

• Advanced teaching techniques & cueing
• Correcting form & alignment
• Managing injuries and modifications safely
• Creating seamless class flow & transitions
• Building confidence as an instructor
• Hands-on practice & Q&A
• PLUS a 30-minute Reformer Pilates workout to experience the flow first-hand

There will be a short break during the session — please bring water and a snack to refuel.

Alongside the education, this will be a community event where you can connect with other instructors, share experiences, and leave inspired with new tools for your classes. After the workshop, we’ll head for drinks around the corner so we can continue to bond and connect in a relaxed setting.
